Jennifer Aniston 'feels great' post taking 'little break' from crazy workout
Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she "feels great" about taking "little break" from being a crazy workout girl.
The 45-year-old actress, whose body wants a little break, said that the only downside to cutting back on gym sessions is that there's that couple of extra pounds and 4,000 pregnancy rumours too, the Mirror reported.
The 'Friends' star, who is engaged to fellow actor Justin Theroux, added that she doesn't really have any special regimen as such for her youthful appearance as she is blessed with good genes.
