The 23-year-old Oscar winner, who recently cancelled her morning appearances to promote her new movie 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' after she was struck down with bad stomach cramps, was upset left red-faced when doctors diagnosed her with bad gas, Contactmusic reported.
During an interview with David Letterman on 'The Late Show', she revealed that she thought it was an ulcer, but later got to know it was a "falser".
