Jermaine Jackson could end up in jail, as he has failed to pay his baby mama, Alejandra Jackson 3000 dollars a month for his two kids, it has been revealed.
According to Court documents, out of the 12,000 dollars he owes back in payments, he has only managed to give only 85 dollars, TMZ.com reported.
The L.A. County Child Support Services Dept. has filed papers asking a judge to hold Jackson in contempt, which would give him 20-day jail time.
The 58-year-old singer also delayed paying 80,000 dollars in March 2011 for his children, Jermajesty and Jaafar.
