Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports Dr. Jitendra Singh met HRD Minister Smriti Irani here on Thursday and discussed the need for opening educational institutions in Kashmir.

"I came here for specific reason. I had considerations about opening educational institutions in Jammu and Kashmir and I spoke to her about that," said Singh.
