Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi summoned by Delhi Court in National Herald case

Congress president Sonia Gandhi, along with son Rahul Gandhi, has been summoned by a Delhi court here in connection with the National Herald newspaper case. They will have to appear personally in court on August 7.

BJP leader Subramanian Swamy had filed a complaint against the Gandhi scions of swindling the newspaper's funds.

He told ANI, "They have to face trial for this. The deal had taken place in 2002 and they have been named as accused. They have taken the Congress property and 76 percent share is of Sonia Gandhi.
