JK Bank in Badgam looted by unidentified gunmen

A bank was looted by unidentified gunmen in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday. The gunmen entered the Jammu and Kashmir Bank branch at Charari-e-Sharif in Budgam and robbed Rs 12 lakhs from it, police said.

Bank employees alerted the police after the incident happened.

Further investigations are in progress.

Earlier, three masked men had looted a bank of Rs 2.25 lakh in Kulgam district on October 25.
