Country singer John Mayer, who underwent an emergency appendectomy, is back home following his hospitalisation this week.
The 40-year-old musician has revealed that he is home and resting following his successful operation.
The 'Gravity' hit-maker posted a picture on Instagram and simply wrote, "Home. See you in a bit."
It should be noted that while Mayer recovered, Dead & Company had to postpone a handful of shows.
The band announced that the postponed shows had been rescheduled.
The singer later thanked his fans for all their well wishes and apologized for not being able to finish the rest of the tour.
