Justin Bieber has claimed that he wasn't drunk, but had a hairline fracture in his right foot, which made him wobble during his sobriety test.
According to legal documents, the 20-year-old pop star said that the injury was caused by a skateboarding accident, which actually happened three months before his Miami antics, News.com.au reported.
Miami police had noted that Bieber had leg tremors during the test and "he appeared to have great difficulty", which strangely disappeared immediately after the test ended.
Bieber was found to have marijuana and Xanax in his system, which he said had helped him when he felt "closed in".
