Justin Bieber may finally breathe a sigh of relief as his paparazzo assault case has reached a settlement agreement.
The paparazzo named Jeffrey Binion had claimed that the 21-year-old singer ordered his bodyguard to beat him up and steal his camera's memory card, TMZ.com reported.
Bieber also had a fit when the photographer's lawyer asked him about his then-girlfriend Selena Gomez.
