Justin Bieber, who was recently arrested for DUI in Miami, Florida, has now his managers reportedly encouraging him to check into rehab.

The teen icon emerged from his self-imposed, day long exile in Miami on Friday night, after his DUI arrest.

The 19-year-old singer flashed his pearly whites and signed autographs for his fans as they swarmed around him, the New York Post reported.

The 'Baby' hitmaker was arrested for allegedly driving under influence of alcohol, drugs and prescribed medications at a speed of 55-to 60 mph on a street with a 30-mph speed limit.
