Justin Bieber's neighbours have joined hands to put an end to the teenager's antics.
The residents have threatened to stop paying their monthly charge until the Home Owners' Association takes action against him, the Sun reported.
Justin's noisy partying and speeding in the street in his fleet of supercars have upset the neighbours in recent weeks.
They are also irked that that his friends frequently park their own cars outside the mansion.
Last week, police visited the 19-year-old singer after they received two calls about him driving around the housing area in his Ferrari at a "startling high rate of speed."
Neighbours said there was at least one child playing in the area at the time.
Ex-NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, who lives in the estate, was reported to have confronted the 'Beauty and the Beat' singer last week after spotting the Ferrari going at 'Freeway speed' on the residential street as he was getting his three-year-old daughter into a car.
He accused Justin of being "entitled" and of spitting on the householders.
