Justin Bieber has surely not been able to keep up with his New Year's resolution of quitting his smoking habit as he was recently spotted lighting up a cigarette.
The 21-year-old singer, who sported a mini man bun and a white shirt with a military style jacket, was asked not to smoke outside the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills., TMZ.com reports.
Earlier this week, the 'Where Are You Now' hit-maker said on 'The Bert Show' that one of his New Year's resolutions was to break his nasty smoking habit.
