Justin Bieber may be charged with felony over his egg pelting incident, which caused 20,000 dollars damage to his neighbor's house.
According to Radar Online, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has finished their investigation and passed the case on to the LA County District Attorney recommending a felony charge for vandalism.
