Kristen Stewart has joined the untitled indie drama project of Kelly Reichardt alongwith Michelle Williams and Laura Dern.
The 'Twilight' star will play a young lawyer from Boise who takes a teaching job several hours from her house and despite her nerves about teaching and she is determined to prove to herself that she can do it, Deadline.com reported.
James Le Gros and Jared Harris from 'Mad Men', and relative newcomer Sara Rodier also have been cast in the ensemble project, which is being produced by Neil Kopp and Anish Savjani.
Dern will portray Laura Wells, a lawyer in Helena who keeps going back into a bad relationship with Ryan Lewis played by Le Gros, a married man who couldn't care less for his wife and daughter.
Reichardt most recently directed and co-wrote 'Night Moves'.
