The trailer of Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt's most-awaited flick 'Kapoor And Sons' has amassed five million views, even before hitting the screens.
Sharing the news, film-maker Karan Johar shared a poster featuring Sidharth, Alia and Fawad Khan with words "5 Million Views. Facebook + You Tube," written on it.
The 'Happy New Year' director captioned the poster as, "Happy weekend guys and thank you for all the love @S1dharthM @_fawadakhan_ @aliaa08 @shakunbatra @DharmaMovies."
He continued, "It's raining views!!! #KapoorAndSons http://bit.ly/KNSTrailer ..."
The recently-released trailer received thumbs up from Bollywood celebrities, including Varun Dhawan, Tisca Chopra, singer and composer Shekhar Ravjiani.
The trailer highlights the problems of a dysfunctional family and also hints that leading lady in the film Alia Bhatt could be the bone of contention between two brothers as both fall for her.
Directed by Shakun Batra, the upcoming rom-com is slated to hit the theaters on 18th March.
