Actress Karishma Kapoor and her estranged husband Sanjay Kapoor on Friday reached final divorce terms before the Supreme Court here.
The apex court accepted their consent letter while hearing the matter in chambers. Both of them had filed consents before the court for divorce.
According to sources, now a family court in Mumbai will pass the formal decree of divorce.
The agreement states that, Sanjay Kapoor purchased bonds worth Rupees 14 crore yielding interest of Rupees 10 lakh for expenses of children, who will live the actress.
Sanjay will have visitation right.
The couple had filed a mutual consent divorce petition before the family court in Mumbai in 2014.
