Kate Hudson has revealed that she was "shocked" after hearing about her former boyfriends Lance Armstrong and Alex Rodriguez's doping scandals.
The 35-year-old actress told Instyle that Armstrong and Rodriguez are both extraordinary athletes but they made some bad choices and let a lot of people down.
It's a decision they made for themselves and they have got to loathe it, she added.
Armstrong confessed that he used performance-enhancing drugs throughout his cycling career and now he is forever banned from competitive cycling.
Similarly, Rodriguez was caught using drugs and was suspended for the entire 2014 baseball season.
