Katie Holmes has revealed about the mantra "let go or be dragged" that inspires her.
The 35-year-old actress said that the Zen proverb, which a friend sent it to her, is great, People Magazine reported.
Holmes, who was earlier married to Tom Cruise, added that people just need to stop taking themselves so seriously, relax and let go in order to not find themselves just so dragged down.
Holmes, who really just doesn't care about outside negativity, continued that a lot of good things have happened to her, more good than bad, so she focuses on just that.
