Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee President Arvinder Singh Lovely on Sunday said if Guinness World Records had a category for lies, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal would win without any competition.

Launching a 'Poll Khol Abhiyan' against the ex-Delhi chief minister, Lovely said: "If Guinness World Records had a category of "lies", Kejriwal will top that record hands down."

He further said: "Kejriwal has abandoned people at the mercy of Gods and bureaucrats.

"We are launching a 'Poll Khol Abhiyan' against him to expose the lies he had been telling in the name of common man's welfare," Lovely added.

Thwarted from introducing the Delhi Jan Lokpal Bill, Kejriwal resigned on February 14, 49 days after he assumed power.
