The busty model was seen leaving Crane's Beverly Hills office in a low-key outfit of T-shirt and jeans, the Daily Star reported.
Brook was expecting a baby girl with then-beau rugby union international Thom Evans two years ago, but she miscarried five months into the pregnancy.
