Kesha, who is back from the rehab, took to her Twitter account admitting how happy she felt to be back again.
She thanked all her fans for the love and support, the Mirror reported.
Kesha's mother, Pebe explained that the 27-year-old had finally decided to seek help and go into rehab after having a breakdown right before last Christmas.
The singer had been struggling with bulimia since 2009.
