The sources informed that the 31-year-old reality star has been sleeping in her estranged NBA star husband's room every night and calling all the shots to ensure that the player gets the best medical care possible, E! Online reported.

In addition to this, the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashian' star also has the official authority to permit who can visit the 35-year-old basketball player and every time a doctor visits the player, she asks what they are doing and why and thanks them every single time, source added.
