North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un's ex-lover, who was believed to have been executed last year, is reportedly alive.
Kim's ex lover, Hyon Song-Wol, a Korean singer and the head of a band known as Moranbong, was shown delivering a speech at a national art workers rally in Pyongyang, on the state TV.
According to News.com.au, she expressed gratitude for Kim's leadership and pledged to work harder to "stoke up the flame for art and creative work".
Hyon's appearance came after months of speculation about whether or not she was alive.
Earlier, it was reported that the North Korean dictator's former girlfriend was shot by firing squad over alleged involvement in a porn scandal.
Hyon was said to have been gunned down in front of her family just three days after being arrested for breaching North Korean pornography laws.
Hyon, was among a dozen well-known performers executed with machineguns as they were accused of filming themselves having sex and selling tapes.
A source said that the accused were executed with machine guns while the key members of the Unhasu Orchestra, Wangjaesan Light Band and Moranbong Band as well as the families of the victims looked on.
