Kim Kardashian is in some legal trouble as she is being sued for an accident that happened a couple of years ago in the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Rafael Linares, who has filled the lawsuit on March 1, has claimed that he was driving on Sunset Blvd when the accident happened, reports TMZ.com.
Though Linares has not described the accident in details in his lawsuit, he has claimed that he suffered multiple injuries and has incurred expenses for physicians and surgeons.
It is being reported that the accident took place in March 2014 and no one was ticketed. Kardashian and Linares exchanged info and hugged it out.
While Kardashian sources revealed that the damage was minimal and felt that the guy was totally fine.
