Kim Zolciak, who recently had a mini stroke and was hospitalised, has revealed that her stroke was so serious that if it wouldn't have been treated immediately, then she could have died.
The American TV personality, who reportedly even had a heart procedure following the TIA, said that the effect of the stroke was so deep that she temporarily lost her ability to speak and got paralysed on one side, TMZ.com reported.

The 37-year-old reality star added that she would never have known about her heart issue if she wouldn't have gone to the hospital for the TIA, also if the heart problem was left untreated, it could have become life-threatening.
Zolciak had a stroke hours after appearing on her reality show 'Dancing with the Stars.
