The Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) state executive member and chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi's campaign manager, Narendra Tandon, on Monday resigned from the party, accusing the former IPS officer of insulting him on every issue.

"I could not tolerate the way she gave dictation to us (BJP workers)," said Tandon, in his resignation letter to BJP president Amit Shah.

"Her (Kiran Bedi) aides used to insult me on every issue," he added.

Delhi goes to polls on February 7, with counting of votes set to take place on February 10.
