Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav will lead a march to Raj Bhawan here on Sunday to protest against the Centre's policies on black money, Land Acquisition Act amendments and inflation.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had earlier on Saturday observed a day long fast to protest against the Land Acquisition Bill at his party's headquarters.
State Janata Dal (United) chief Basistha Narayan Singh and other party leaders also observed a fast along with him.
The two leaders are seeking to corner the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA government on the Land Acquisition Bill amendments, ahead of the assembly elections in Bihar later this year.
Earlier this week, the Lok Sabha passed the Land Acquisition Bill of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP Government at the Centre via a voice vote. Nine amendments to the bill have been adopted.
