The 36-year old pregnant gal-pal of the 'Syco' boss, who was photographed showing off her baby bump while shopping in Manhattan, has a picture of herself and the 'X Factor' boss kissing in sunglasses as her wallpaper, the New York Post reported.
Sources revealed that Silverman, who is expected to give birth to their baby in February, appeared stressed with bags under her eyes.
