Lindsay Lohan was spotted headed into a recording studio to work on mystery project with Jamie Hince.
The 27-year-old actress posted teasing photos on Instagram of her sitting at a mixing desk and of a signed The Kills record, the Mirror reported.
The 'Mean Girls' star had released two albums when she was a clean-cut Disney star, but a source claimed that she is embarrassed by that kind of music as it was really poppy and cheesy, asserting that now she sees herself as far more credible now.
The source said that Hince is one of Lohan's idols, adding that she loves The Kills and sees herself as a bit of a rock chick.
