Former One Direction members Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne are probably still enjoying some healthy and occasionally cutting banter.
The duo recently found themselves getting personal on social media when Tomlinson made a very public joke at his bandmate wearing a big bold gold chain.
Tomlinson simply tweeted, "Liam Chain" along with an emoji of two metal links.
The cheeky tweet attracted more than 34,000 'likes' and 50,000 retweets, with plenty of comments finding it rather amusing.
One fan responded, "He believes he is a rapper or something like that."
"That chain is bigger than my chances of you following or even noticing me :')," another tweeted.
The humour also sparked a number of equally-cheeky retorts, with followers responding with pictures of padlocks on railings and a GIF of Nicholas Cage laughing.
However, not everybody was so amused. One fie-hard hit back: "Damn Louis, back at it again with bullying Liam", while another chimed in, "I'm going to pretend I laughed just bc I like you."
"Louis is literally making fun of Liam's chain necklace - can people stop being extra and just enjoy the nice things?" another suggested.
Earlier last week, Payne, along with other members of the band, joined Tomlinson at 'The X Factor' final after the latter performed solo his first single dedicated to his late mother Johannah Deakin.
