Lucknow Police recovers Rs.50 lakh in old currency, detains three
Police in Lucknow's Gomti Nagar area have confirmed the arrest of three persons with Rs.50 lakh worth of old currency.
Police said that the old currency was recovered from a vehicle registered in the name of former state minister and Samajwadi Party MLA Ravidas Mehrotra. The accused were arrested late last night.
