Former prime minister and senior leader of CPN-UML Madhav Kumar Nepal has staked a claim to form the next government in Nepal as the head of his party.
Speaking at a press conference organised by Press Chautari in Dadeldhura district, Madhav said that soon after the completion of Nepali Congress 13th national general convention, a new government led by the CPN-UML would be formed, reports The Himalayan Times.
Nepal was in Baghakhor, the headquarters of Dadeldhura district, to address the Municipal Convention in Parsuram Municipality of the district.
Madhav informed that the visit of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to India had been a grand success to lessen the distance that grew between the two nations some month ago.
Earlier, the CPN-UML had proved its honesty by supporting the government led by the NC, now the time has come to the largest party to prove their honesty by supporting the government led by UML,stressed Madhav.
