Nobel Peace Laureate Malala Yousafzai, who became the youngest person ever to win a Nobel Peace Laureate, just witnessed one of the most 'unbelievable' moments of her life.
The 20-year-old humanitarian, who recently spoke at the 6th Annual Forbes 400 Summit on Philanthropy, shared a picture with Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra.
She captioned the snap, "Can't believe I met @priyankachopra! UNGA2017."
This is not the first time these global icons have met each other.
In 2013, Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra got a chance to meet education activist Malala Yousafzai among many others at a special dinner organised for global leaders by the United Nations in New York.
In the summit, the activist attended a meeting in which she said that "girls are a big resource we have in the world".
Adding, "We're losing a big resource. We're losing a big asset."
A longtime advocate for young girls, Yousafzai herself was denied education in her home country Pakistan.
For the past few years, she has been invited to speak at the annual UN General Assembly. Each year, she asks world leaders to invest in girls' and refugees' education.
