While Barcelona's Cesc Fabregas is being linked with a move back to the Emirates, new Manchester United David Moyes is prepared to break the club's transfer record after making a new 30 million pounds offer to lure the midfielder.
According to the Mirror, Fabregas will be told by United that he can double his 100,000 pounds a week wages by moving to Old Trafford this summer, while the midfielder still waits to see what develops.
The report said that Fabregas' Barcelona contract runs to 2016 and includes a 25 million pound buy-back clause for his former club Arsenal.
A Spanish source revealed that Man U was deadly serious about signing the player and had made a second bid.
