Responding to the dossier of Dawood Ibrahim, the man wanted for the 1993 blasts in Mumbai, Congress leader Manish Tiwari on Saturday asked the Government of India whether they have the ability and capacity to get him themselves.
"Every government, be it NDA or UPA, has handed dossiers after dossiers to Pakistan regarding Dawood's whereabouts, but the efforts were futile," Tewari told ANI.
"The real question is what are you going to do with the evidence as Pakistan will not hand over Dawood to you, do you have the ability and capacity to get him yourself?" asked.
Tewari pointed out that the timing of Dawood's dossier seems to suggest that the government is trying to save face because they have really messed up this NSA level dialogue.
