Maria to continue investigation of Sheena Bora murder case: Maharashtra additional chief secretary
Maharashtra Additional Chief Secretary K P Bakshi on Tuesday said that Director General of Police of Home Guards Rakesh Maria, who was till recently Mumbai's Police Comissioner, will continue to head the investigations in the Sheena Bora murder case.
Maria has been replaced by Ahmed Javed as Mumbai's top cop.
Bakshi had earlier said that there was no connection between the Sheena Bora murder probe and Maria's removal as Mumbai Police Commissioner.
