Mrs. Packer-to-be wore her long lightened locks in glamorous waves and accessorised with a stunning diamond necklace, bracelets and her 35-carat engagement ring.
The 45-year-old host was joined by 'Empire' star Jussie Smollett as her co-host and the duo opted for more traditional bedtime attire.
While giving a close-up view to the huge chunk of dazzling rock, rumoured to be worth more than 10 million dollars, Smollet joked about the 'We Belong Together' singer's billionaire beau James Packer, "How long did he have to save up for that?"
"I don't know. I think he's gonna be okay," Carey laughed.
Carey previously said in the trailer for her upcoming reality series, 'Mariah's World' that her wedding to Packer will be "the most important event that's ever happened".
