Tennis star Martin Emmrich did the most obvious when he proposed to his tennis player girlfriend, Michaella Krajicek, on court but in the most adorable way possible.
The 29-year-old German player admitted that since he had first met Krajicek, who's the half sister of former Wimbledon champion Richard Krajicek, at the same tournament in 2013, it felt like the perfect moment, News.com.au reported.
Emmrich took the microphone right after the 25-year-old player's victory at the TopShelf Open in's-Hertogenbosch, Holland, and in the midst of the entire crowd, declared that after spending 10 months with her and looking at her "beautiful Bambi eyes", he wants to be with her for the rest of his life.
Krajicek, who was all teary eyed by the end of his speech, immediately nodded a yes and smiled as Emmrich put a ring on her finger, while the audience cheered them on.
