Marvel's superheroes united to fulfill the wish of a 60-year-old dying man.
Sophie Caldecott took to Twitter and started a campaign 'CapForStrat' requesting the 'Avengers' actors to post selfies for her father Stratford Caldecott, who was diagnosed with cancer in October 2011 because he was a huge fan, News.com.au reported.
According to The Independent, Sophie said that Mark Ruffalo, who plays the Hulk was the first one to respond and Samuel L Jackson, Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Hemsworth joined in the act later.
The entire scenario has been very touching and this isn't just about blessing her dad's last days, but it also about spreading a wider campaign regarding awareness about prostate cancer, she added.
