Gibson and the 24-year-old model were seen walking hand-in-hand as they made their way out of the CAA soiree, held at Sunset Tower Hotel, TMZ.com reports.
The 'Braveheart' actor sported a form-fitting black tuxedo for with a coordinating bow tie while Ross wore a strapless, deep purple gown with a flowing train that she carried in one hand as she made her exit.
As per sources, the duo first met when Rosalind applied for a job at Mel's production company, Icon, and have been dating since July.
