Michael Fassbender has confessed that he was taking a piss when his '12 Years a Slave' co-star Lupita Nyong'o won her Oscar this year.
The 'X-Men' star told James McAvoy that he had a sneaky vodka tonic but he got totally caught out, the New York Post reported.
Fassbender added that he thought that category was going to be way down the line and then, one could not get back in until there was a commercial break, so he watched it backstage.
