Miley Cyrus recently flashed her knickers, smoked a giant cigarette and surrounded herself with topless dancers at Capital FM Summertime Ball.
The 'Wrecking Ball' singer wore nothing but silver nipple tassles during her performance and lot of giant rolled-up cigarette props, which spurted out smoke every now, the Mirror reported.
The 21-year-old singer took to the stage in a very tight silver skirt and her top was covered in pom poms and flowers for her performance.
