Seems like Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth can't contain their happiness as the couple looked all elated, showing off some killer dance moves after getting hitched.

The 26-year-old singer shared a video on her Twitter handle of her dancing to Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson's song 'Uptown Funk' and singing along in an elegant white Vivienne Westwood dress. She flipped her hair and coordinated her funky moves to the lyrics of the song perfectly.

Towards the end of her video, she was joined by her hubby Hemsworth who made a cameo and grooved to the beats of the songs with his lady love.

Cyrus and Hemsworth tied the knot in a secret wedding at their home in Franklin, Tennessee on December 23, reported E! Online.

Their home was looking beautiful with a mixture of wedding and Christmas decorations. One archway was covered in a colourful balloon canopy and a huge Christmas tree was also present in the backdrop. The tree was decorated with bright and colourful ornaments and lights.

The couple sparked some speculation on their wedding night and the next few days as some photos and videos surfaced from their special evening. Cyrus' sister Noah Cyrus posted a photo of herself crying and balloons that spelled out "Mr & Mrs" in the background.

However, neither Cyrus nor Hemsworth confirmed the news until Wednesday when the 'Wrecking Ball' singer put up pictures on her Instagram account making it official.

The pictures shared by Cyrus featured the newlyweds hugging and adoring each other. "10 years later..." she captioned a cute snap. In another picture, they shared a kiss in what Cyrus called "probably our one - millionth kiss."

For the wedding, the 28-year-old actor donned a cut black suit and black tie, giving his outfit a casual spin by wearing white Vans shoes.

The much-in-love couple first met on the sets of the movie 'The Last Song' in 2008. After dating on and off for many years, Hemsworth popped the big question for the second time in 2016.
