Miley Cyrus has opened up about her recent "scary" hospital stay that forced her to put her ongoing Bangerz tour on hold and reschedule the canceled concerts.
The 'Wrecking Ball' singer confessed during a radio interview that she had suffered a severe allergic reaction to a medication she was taking for flu-like symptoms two weeks ago, People magazine reported.
The 21-year-old star, who was bed-ridden in a Kansas hospital, revealed that she had been poisoning herself with something that she didn't know she was allergic to.
She loves being on the road and since she didn't want to lie down to get perfectly better, it resulted in her getting sick every two or three hours, Cyrus said.
Cyrus added that she's feeling better and is preparing for the European leg of her tour.
