The 20-year old daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus wore a white see through net dress with black pasties covering her nips and dominatrix-style panties, and sang with a microphone covered by a cloth version of a banana, Radar Online reported.
The 'Wrecking Ball' singer had earned flak for her performance at the VMAs last month where she was seen twerking and touching Robin Thicke's crotch with a foam finger.
