The 21-year-old singer, who had some shady wardrobe choices when she was about 16 to 18, said that she regrets wearing this hippie outfit to Justin Bieber's 'Never Say Never' premiere, ABC News reported.
The 'Wrecking Ball' singer added that jeggings are the best invention, even though they have kind of ruined jeans.
