Miley Cyrus has asked her pal and troubled star Justin Bieber, who was recently arrested for a DUI and driving without a valid license, to add a nightclub to his house and party there instead of going out to make sure he doesn't get into trouble.
The controversial singer made the suggestion to the 'Boyfriend' hit maker on 'The Tonight Show With Jay Leno' when the host asked her if she had anything to add to Bieber's legal troubles, Contactmusic reported.
The 'We Can't Stop' crooner added that Bieber has lots of money and he should pay people to avoid trouble.
