Another shocking revelation has come up in the mysterious vanishing of the Malaysian Airline jet, in which two women passengers have claimed that the co-pilot of the missing flight smoked in the cockpit during a previous international flight.

Co-pilot Fariq Abdul Hamid and his colleague allegedly broke Malaysian Airline rule when they invited two passengers to join them in the cockpit for the one-hour flight from Phuket to Kuala Lumpur in December 2011.

According to news.com.au, the two passengers, Jonti Roos and Jaan Maree, revealed how Hamid invited them in the cockpit, smoked throughout and how they posed for pictures.

Ross said that throughout the entire flight they had been talking and at one stage they were turned around the whole time in their seats talking to them.

She further revealed that the pilots even invited them to extend their stay in Kuala Lumpur and spend a night in town with them.

Despite such a conduct, Ross said that she wasn't concerned about security, adding that she felt they were competent in what they were doing.

Ross said that she was shocked to learn that the pilots had been leading the ill-fated Malaysian Airline Flight MH370.

This is the second detail that has come in relation to the missing aircraft, which has 239 people on board and lost contact with ground traffic controllers after an hour of take off from Kuala Lumpur enroute to Beijing.

The passenger jet disappeared on Saturday last week and authorities are still in the rescuing the plane presumed to have crashed in ocean after being disintegrated.
