The Michael Jackson estate has demanded that either Conrad Murray shuts up or he faces a lawsuit after his comment on holding Jackson's penis every night.
The Estate lawyer, Howard Weitzman fired off a cease and desist letter to Murray saying that his recent comments to the media about Jackson's medical treatment and ultimate death shamefully violate the physician-patient privilege under California law.
He called Murray a coward for using the media to defend himself, instead of testifying in court during the trial, TMZ.com reported.
Murray had recently told reporters how the singer couldn't hold in his pee while he was sleeping and he had to hold it instead.
