He will then address a public meeting through 3D technology at 7 pm today.
Meanwhile, Congress President Sonia will address a rally in Kullu in Himachal Pradesh.
Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi will address public meetings and hold road show in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh.
